

He was stationed at Woodstown Barracks and recently transferred to Port Norris within Troop A. He was a proud member of the 156th New Jersey State Police Class and Frankie's classmates became his brothers over the course of his time at his police academy training - and a very special close-knit group attended his recent wedding. Frankie found his life's calling in his duties as a state trooper and was passionate about his work and dedicated to the people and to the communities he served. He enjoyed soccer and rooting for the Dallas Cowboys.įrankie worked at Lowe's of Egg Harbor Township for seven years and considered his coworkers to be a special family. He completed his associate's degree from Atlantic Cape Community College and his bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Rutgers University. He graduated from George Jenkins High School in Lakeland in 2003 before moving to Egg Harbor Township. He was born in Atlantic City and grew up in Lakeland, Florida. He leaves many additional loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.įrankie was 31. He is survived also by cousins Keith Hayes II and Daryl Johnson and by best friend and brother Derrick Bennett. He was the beloved son-in-law of Maribel and Roberto Narvaez and brother-in-law of Ryan Narvaez, and nephew of Sheila Hayes, Doris Johnson, Donald Hinton, Joyce Mower, and Keith Hayes. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Frank and Mamie Hinton. He is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly (née Narvaez), mother Victoria Linette Williams, her fiancé Victor Jenkins, and father Robert Mower. On December 5, 2016, Trooper Frankie Lamar Williams died in the line of duty.
